Phoenix Recovery Solutions QRT wants to provide additional resources ranging from mental health assistance to physical health for those seeking to be in recovery. Listed below are other organizations and services in the community that can provide additional resources.

  • Aspire Indiana Health: Provides free HIV testing, educational services, deaf services, and veterans programs. 

  • Area IV Agency on Aging and Community Action Programs: Information and referral services for the elderly and persons with disabilities of all ages.  

  • Brady Lane Church: Provides food assistance once per month.

  • Church of the Blessed Sacrament: Can provide financial aid for prescription medication, glasses, and dental care.

  • Elmwood Church of Christ Food Pantry: Provides food assistance once per month.

  • Faith Community Center: Offers a variety of free physical activities for families.

  • First Steps of Mid-North Indiana: Provides evaluative and therapeutic services for children ages birth to three.

  • Food Finders Food Bank: Provides food for those in need.

  • Gifts of Grace: Provides a variety of adoption services.    

  • J. P. Lisack Community Food Pantry: Provides emergency food resources.

  • Matrix Lifecare Center: Provides free STD testing, women's wellness exams, and limited obstetrical ultrasounds. 

  • Meals on Wheels: Meal delivery service for those in need. 

  • Memorial Presbyterian Church: Food pantry and children's closet services.

  • Planned Parenthood of Indiana and Kentucky: Low cost health care services.
